A £10 Admin Fee may be applied to any amendments to your holiday.
Deposits
A deposit of 25% of the full booking price is requested to secure your booking.
Non-Refundable Value:
Touring and Camping: 25% deposit or £30, whichever is the lower amount.
Bunkhouse: 25% deposit or £150, whichever is the lower amount
Rental Caravan & Apartments: 25% deposit or £75, whichever is the lower amount.
Balance Payments
Should there be any balance to pay, please settle within the allowed period
Touring: 21days or more before arrival.
All Accommodation: 28 days before arrival.
You will receive an email reminder a few days before the due date.
Groups
The Bunkhouse is designed for groups of up to 20 people. If staying as a group, this option may be worth considering.
For stays at the caravan park either in the touring and camping fields, the rental caravan or the apartments, the following policy applies.
We do not allow groups of young adults, stag or hen parties at the caravan park. We only accept small, quiet groups by prior arrangement only. Please email Mel ([email protected]) with your groups details prior to booking. Note: a fee may be added to your bookings on arrival and refunded at the end of your stay when no complaints have been made about your group.
If you have made a group booking not realising our policy on groups, please contact us as soon as possible so arrangements can be made. Anyone arriving on site and appearing to be part of a group may be asked to leave.
Dogs
The Bunkhouse is Dog-Free accommodation.
Touring and Camping: Dogs are very welcome; we allow a maximum of 2 dogs per pitch free of charge.
Accommodation: Dogs are very welcome; we allow a maximum of 2 dogs, charged per dog, per stay.
We do not have a dog exercise area on site; therefore, dogs must be exercised off-site. Please do not walk your dog around the site. There are many enjoyable walks direct from the site, please just ask a member of staff. Please pick up any accidents as soon as possible, if you have forgotten to bring poop bags or don’t have one handy, just ask at the cottage where we keep some for such occasions.

* Commercial vehicles, vans, and gazebos by prior arrangement only. A small charge may be added.
* Due to the natural landscape of the area, some pitches may have a slight slope.
* We run a quiet site; no loud music at any time, quiet time is between 10.30pm and 8am when we ask for no unavoidable noise.
While we sincerely hope your holiday with us will go ahead as planned, we recommend you take out holiday insurance for your stay.
If We Have to Cancel your Holiday:
If we are unable to honour your booking for any reason, the option of a holiday transfer or full refund will be offered to you. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. In the event of a national or local lockdown these will be processed in arrival date order.

If you are unable to make your holiday as planned, please let us know by email ([email protected]) as soon as possible. Our cancellation terms are: -
Touring and Camping
* 21 or more days before your arrival date, notified by email - you may cancel your booking, any payment greater than your 25% deposit or £30 (whichever may be the lesser amount) will be returned to you OR you may pay any balance due and transfer the full amount paid to another date. Your first transfer is free of charge.
* 7-20 days before your arrival date, notified by email - You may cancel your booking with the following charges, and the balance will be returned to you: -
- Single night stays - No refund.
- 2 or more nights booked excluding a Saturday – Fee equivalent to 1 nights stay.
- 2 or more nights booked including a Saturday – Fee equivalent to 2 nights stay.
- Any Bank holiday weekend – Fee equivalent to 3 nights stay (or 4 nights over Easter).
OR transfer the full amount paid (assuming full payment has been made) to another date. A credit note will be added to your account.
* 1-6 days notified via email prior to 9am on the day before arrival - You may transfer the full amount paid (assuming full payment has been made) to another date less £20.00 Admin fee. A credit note will be added to your account.
* Last minute Cancellations notified via email after 9am on the day before arrival and 7pm on your arrival day – You may transfer the full amount paid (assuming full payment has been made) less £40 admin fee. A credit note will be added to your account.
* If you fail to arrive by 7pm on your day of arrival and do not email us to let us know - No refund will be due, any remaining nights of your booking will be released for others to use.

Accommodation

* 8-27 days before your arrival date, notified by email – No Refund. You may transfer your booking to another date. The amount available to be transferred will be calculated as follows: the full amount paid less 25% of the full booking price (or £150 whichever is the lesser amount). A credit note will be added to your account.
* 7 days or less – No Refund. Transfer is only possible if your accommodation can be re-booked. The amount available to be transferred will be calculated as follows: the full amount paid less 25% of the full booking price (or £150 whichever is the lesser amount), less any variation in price required to re-sell the accommodation. A credit note will be added to your account.

Bookings being transferred must be taken within 6 calendar months of the original arrival date, excluding when we are closed.
Should our season end or we need to close for any reason before your 6 months is up, any remaining days will continue from when we reopen.
Note:
* If your holiday is transferred to the following season, the prices and terms current at the time of your revised stay will apply. Any additional fees must be settled when making the transferred booking.
*Any changes you wish to make to your holiday will be charged at the prices current at the time of your stay.
* Holidays being transferred are to be taken on consecutive nights on a single booking; you cannot split over multiple stays or pitches / accommodations.
*Transferred booking dates are subject to availability and exclude bank holiday weekends.
* Additional transfers and amendments to your booking may be subject to a £10 admin fee.
