Please make sure everyone staying with you has read and understood our Site Rules and what is expected of them. Anyone not complying with these rules may be asked to leave.
We would appreciate being made aware if you notice anyone not adhering to these rules. You can contact us on the following numbers:

Please keep these numbers handy in case you need to contact us urgently during your stay, for this or any other reason.

Arrival and Departure Times - Please help us by keeping to our arrival and departure times.
Arrival – between 1.30pm – 7pm
Departure – Before 12 noon

Reception is at the entrance to our cottage at the top of the park. As this is our home, please knock or ring the doorbell and we will come to the door as soon as possible. We cannot always be available at the cottage due to duties around the park, our farm and family commitments etc. however, the doorbell also connects to Mark’s phone. Should you need our assistance, please call us on our mobile numbers shown above.

Read and adhere to notices around the park, don't worry, there aren't many.
Children must be with an adult at all times while on site.
Dogs should be on a lead or tether at all times while on site, and only exercised off site. Please pick up any accidents immediately. Spare poo bags are available at the cottage should you need them.
Visitors are not permitted on site. Please ask a member of staff as exceptions may be possible at quiet times, standard prices for extra people / vehicles etc apply.
Large commercial bins are located in the touring field near the entrance / exit and near the cottage at the top of the park. All waste can be placed in these bins as our waste management provider removes recyclable materials after collection.
To keep the bin area tidy and reduce malodours, please only place bagged waste in the bins, bin bags are available at reception should you require any.
Do not put large boxes in the bins. Alternatively, please fold and prop against the side of the bin or take them home at the end of your stay.
If any of your equipment breaks during your stay, do not put it in the bin. Ideally, we would like you to take this home with you. If that is not an option, please leave neatly and safely near the big commercial bins near the cottage and let us know so we can deal with it.
Please do NOT tip hot embers from your fire pit or BBQ into the bins, please ensure theses are fully extinguished and cooled first.
Fire Pits and BBQ’s - Heat from firepits, BBQ’s and hot pans can burn and kill off the grass. Please always place flags/blocks (provided) underneath your appliance or pans.
Noise – We are a quiet site. We request no loud music at any time. Quiet time is between 10.30pm and 8am and during these hours we ask for no unavoidable noise. Please call us on our mobile numbers above immediately should there any disturbances.
Dry Stone Walls – These are delicate and costly to repair. Do not remove stones, lean on or climb over the walls.
Do not cut across others pitches, please use the roads and pathways provided to access facilities.
Do not allow children or pets to play on vacant grass pitches, these may be resting between use.
On leaving, please check over your pitch and remove any litter as you leave.
